Marisol Croft, a nurse who cares for terminal patients, has a heart of gold yet a life riddled with bad luck and misfortune. In her desire to help her patients, she goes the extra mile by attempting to rectify their last regrets. Unfortunately, she lacks the means and assistance to care for their unresolved concerns. The result is a room full of boxes filled with past patients' unfinished business.
Out of the blue, a mysterious man with a secret past drops into Marisol's life. Attached to a parachute, George Silver lands next to her truck, asking for a ride into town. Eventually, they find in each other what they need to bring balance to their lives as they help resolve the regrets of those who have passed on.
